      • Roots to FlourishThis serpent-dragon, a tattoo, is sprouting roots to symbolize our need to be rooted to flourish in our lives.

We breathe oxygen which trees release during photosynthesis and release carbon dioxide which the trees take in for their own nourishment.

Camera-less articulation of seaweed mimics the textures of the ocean.

Waves of the ocean roll ceaselessly. According to Emmanuel Farge, French biochemist at the French Institute Curie, primordial marine organism’s cell structure are determined in part by movements of waves. This seems to appear in the wave like patterns on this Sea Colander seaweed. This is a palladium print on handmade Japanese gampi paper.
