The place: Vera Wang Headquarters in NYC. An attentive staff that works with each bride to fit and style her dress for her. Dresses that are amazing designs and with this dress, “Fiona”, a mermaid style with tulle that is sculptured in swirls and pleats. Beautiful!
I photographed using a 4X5 large format camera and hand printed the silver gelatin prints in a wet darkroom. I prefer the detail of the large negatives and also the surprises when I finally see my images. I like to hand print as I am able to form the photographs with vision and bring out their beauty.
